A licensed attorney with both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Danielle combines legal and business strategy to help clients make informed decisions at every stage of growth.
As both an attorney and lifelong entrepreneur, Danielle understands the legal and practical challenges business owners face. Before pursuing law, she built and operated multiple businesses herself, giving her firsthand insight into the realities of entrepreneurship. That experience allows her to provide practical, business-minded legal guidance tailored to the needs of founders and growing companies.
With a legal career that began in mergers and acquisitions, Danielle developed experience advising on sophisticated corporate transactions, due diligence, and complex commercial agreements before founding SBLS. Today, she applies that same strategic approach to helping entrepreneurs navigate the legal aspects of building and growing their businesses.
